Print one test page on plain paper, hold it over a label sheet, and adjust if the barcodes sit off-centre. "Skip used labels" starts printing after labels already peeled off a partly used sheet.

Big barcodes for boxes and pallets

4×6 inch is the standard shipping label size, and most desktop thermal printers take it. A big barcode can be scanned from further away, which suits cartons, pallets, order boxes and returns. Print your order or carton numbers with a line of text underneath.

For case barcodes with a GTIN, use the ITF-14 generator with the 4×6 roll.

How to print 4×6 barcode labels

    1. Paste one code per line, with optional text after a Tab or comma.
    2. The preset is a 4×6 inch roll: each page of the PDF is one label.
    3. In the print dialog, choose your label printer, set the paper size to 4×6 in and print at 100%.

No thermal printer? Choose Avery 5163 (4×2 inch, 10 per sheet) and print on a regular laser or inkjet printer.

Can I make carrier shipping labels here?

No. Carrier labels with postage come from the carrier or your shipping software. This tool prints your own barcodes, such as order, carton or pallet numbers, on 4×6 labels.

    Which printers take 4×6 labels?

Most desktop thermal label printers, including Zebra, Rollo, Munbyn, Phomemo and the DYMO 4XL, plus laser printers with 4×6 label sheets.

Can I put several barcodes on one 4×6 label?

Choose Custom, set the page to 101.6×152.4 mm and the rows and columns you need, for example 2×3.
