Print one test page on plain paper, hold it over a label sheet, and adjust if the barcodes sit off-centre. "Skip used labels" starts printing after labels already peeled off a partly used sheet.

    Which barcode should I use?

Code 128 suits SKUs, bin locations and shipping IDs because it takes letters and numbers. EAN-13 and UPC-A are for products sold in shops and need a registered GS1 number. QR codes hold links or longer text.

Will it fit my label sheet?

Presets cover common A4 sticker sheets (65, 40, 24, 21 and 14 per page), US Letter sheets such as Avery 5160 and 5167, and thermal rolls such as 50×25 mm and 4×6 in. For anything else, choose Custom and type the sizes printed on the packet.

    Is my product list uploaded?

No. Barcodes, PDFs and ZIP files are made on your own computer by this page. Your SKUs never reach a server, so it is safe for unreleased products and supplier codes.
