We want you to be happy with Bulk Barcode Maker Pro. If it does not work for you, you can get your money back.
14-day money-back guarantee
- One-time (lifetime) licences: full refund if requested within 14 days of purchase.
- Subscriptions: full refund of the first payment if requested within 14 days of first subscribing. Later renewals can be refunded if requested within 14 days of the renewal date and you have not used Pro features since the renewal.
No questions asked. A short note about what didn’t work helps us improve, but it is not required.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address you used to buy, or reply to your receipt email, and include your order number. Refunds are issued through our payment provider to your original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Once refunded, the licence key is deactivated.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel at any time from the link in your receipt email or the customer portal. Cancelling stops future renewals, and Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
After 14 days
Payments are generally non-refundable after 14 days. We will still look at any request fairly, for example if you were charged by mistake, charged twice, or a technical fault on our side stopped you from using what you paid for.

This policy does not affect any rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
