Print one test page on plain paper, hold it over a label sheet, and adjust if the barcodes sit off-centre. "Skip used labels" starts printing after labels already peeled off a partly used sheet.

Make many QR codes from a list

    1. Paste one link or piece of text per line. To print a label under each code, add a Tab or comma and the label text.
    2. Or open the CSV / Excel tab and choose which column holds the links.
    3. Choose a sheet. Square-ish labels such as A4 24 per sheet or 21 per sheet give QR codes the most room.
    4. Download a PDF to print, or a ZIP with a PNG or SVG file for every code.

Static QR codes that never expire

The QR codes made here are static: the link is stored in the code itself. They keep working forever, need no account and are not tracked. The trade-off is that you cannot change the link after printing, so test one before you print a batch.

Common uses are table menus, product manuals, event badges, asset labels that link to a record, and packaging that links to a product page.

How many QR codes can I make at once?

Up to 5,000 rows per batch. Everything runs in your browser, so very large batches depend on your computer's speed.

Can I download each QR code as a separate image?

Yes. Choose PNG or SVG and you get a ZIP file with one image per row, named after its value.

    Do these QR codes expire?

No. They are static codes with the content stored inside, so they work as long as the link itself works.
